Dear Lord... someone's actually reading this... wow O.o
Okay. Basically, I'm a collage student who likes to read and write fanfiction. I created this journal to post the stuff I write and possibly post links to fanfiction or fan-cites I think are good. I might also post my original writing here.
I decided to post my writing in lj because I'm not sure I want to post in Fanfiction.net (or .org, whatever it is now) and deal with some of the strange people I might find there. Besides I'm techno-impaired and have trouble learning new set-ups. I know how lj works (mostly) so I'm using it. (Edit: okay, so I'm posting on FF.net as well, because really, there are a fair few people there and quiet a few people start reading fanfic there, so why not spread the love as far as possible?)
Did I mention I'm amazed this is getting read yet? Oh, good. Continuing.
Everything will be tagged for easy reference, mostly the fandom it's for and what kind of writing it is (chapter, exploratory, drabble, background info, stand alone,). All the writing will be behind cuts because some of it will be long and it's easier to look through a journal if the entries don't take up a lot of space. Some entries will be updated on occasion as most things will probably a work in progress, though if I post it then you can assume it's pretty much done. (totally making a list of shit I need to remember to do each time, because otherwise I will forget ^^')
The Entry titles will contain the name of the fic, chapter # if there are multiple chapters and the fandom. My icon will, hopefully, correspond to the fandom for easy recognition.
Are you still reading this? ...wow...
Constructive criticism, editing notes, concerns, comments, questions, and reviews are ALWAYS welcome. Don't be shy about saying something, I don't bite. ^^ (Still amazed you're reading this) I do NOT accept Flames. They're rude. I won't answer flames but I will delete them.
Please enjoy my writing! Oh, also, I’m dyslexic. I do use spell check (it hates me) and usually have a friend edit my stuff so it shouldn’t be all that noticeable but I thought I’d warn you just in case.
See first entry for potential content warnings and disclaimers. Also if you happen to know who I am please don’t use my name or any variant of it in any of your comments should you make them. Thank you. ^^
